Intranet Satisfaction Questionnaire

  • The ISQ is a scientifically validated questionnaire designed to acquire user satisfaction on the Intranet.
  • The ISQ can help identify weaknesses in the most important domains.
  • The ISQ contains 13 questions. Furthermore, it can be supplemented with more specific questions as well as with questions unique to the respective companies.
  • At present the ISQ exists in 10 languages (Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish).
  • The use of the ISQ is free of charge.
